Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries, provide information, and assist with booking-related questions through various communication channels (email, chat, phone).
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Booking Support: Assist customers with the booking process, including reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Cheap Hotels Hub's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Documentation: Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the customer support system.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the customer support team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify customer needs and find solutions to customer issues.
  • Empathy: Empathetic and patient attitude towards customers.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and handle various customer service scenarios.
